Herk, awards were announced yesterday (thanks CGar) and will not be presented at Union Hall. However, the gathering at Union Hall IS still happening on Oct. 15.
Having traveled extensively and lived in Asia, I consider it (including the PRC) to be the most capitalistic, enterprising and entrepreneurial part of the world. I can definitely see the reference to laziness and complacency here. The sense of entitlement is mind boggling.
