Greene house looks very nice – but, while it doesn’t look like it needs a “lot” of work, certainly it needs a new kitchen and bathrooms, as those fixtures and cabinets are just hideous (I mean, who advertises a “Kohler” (in italics, no less) sink as a selling point in a house – it’s like saying “and the house actually comes with floors”.
thought that was pretty funny how Bergen st is so close to canal(you can smell even) and projects but so far from restaurants and subway.
there’s a fine line between pain and pleasure too.
