actually you cannot buy a comparable house in Philly for $200K. A similar house in a similar neighbor hood in Philly would be atleast $800K if not a million or more

2:41 …and the boring couple will know that they are boring and they wont mind. Once in a while they may even walk down the street and pick up some rubbish that may blow in front of their house. The male may even sneak a wacky backy somewhere in the back yard … if he is feeling really wild.

Actually, a few new ones have gone up – a row of them went up on State around Hoyt a couple of years back and sold out very quickly, a few new green version types are going up in Bed Stuy, and you get the occasional ones built on empty lots like on 2nd between 6 and 7 in the Slope. I always think developers could make a nice profit building new ones and be proud of their product. It’s a shame more don’t try it.
