The layout is nice, too, with a good-sized bedroom and ample closet space. The monthly maintenance of $770 is quite reasonable for 800 square feet in a doorman building. Not so sure about the asking price of $545,000. Waddya think?

Interior fences should be a no-no, unless they are child proofing. What a strange layout.
