Co-op of the Day: 145 Hicks Street, #A38
You gotta love the front courtyard of the Mansion House, the 107-unit co-op at 145 Hicks Street in Brooklyn Heights. You gotta love the front courtyard of the Mansion House, the 107-unit co-op at 145 Hicks Street in Brooklyn Heights. The interior of this one-bedroom in the building is not as impressive, but it has some understated prewar charm. (Just don’t look at the kitchen.) The layout is nice, too, with a good-sized bedroom and ample closet space. The monthly maintenance of $770 is quite reasonable for 800 square feet in a doorman building. Not so sure about the asking price of $545,000. Waddya think?

C-GAR–trying to catch up on everything. where the hell are chicken and etson going? Send me details on the 11th.
DeLepp, you know I side with Andy on the tree.
“I’ll clense my mind of 44 inches from hip to toe”
BoerumHill, I’m barely 44 inches from HEAD to toe. And I’m male not female, so Molly Ringwald, not so much.
m4l, andy would buy a rockerfeller sized tree and when we switched on the lights all brownstone brooklyn would dim.
Sorry for confusing you, CGar, and appreciate the new mental image…I’ll clense my mind of 44 inches from hip to toe, and whenever you post I shall think of Molly Ringwald in Breakfast Club.
🙂
Wasder! Where have you been hiding since you got back?? Did you get my email? You missed chicken’s bon voyage party. I hope you’re gonna make it to etson’s bon voyage party on the 11th.
LOL, Dave, DeLepp. DeLepp, I’m cheap to have, but NOT to keep. I think Mega Millions is well beyond $121 million at this point. And I have expensive tastes, so get a move on. And, p.s., I couldn’t afford to keep YOU in gin either, my friend!!
Delepp, jackpot is 121M. you can buy that teen challenge mansion and put a huge Xmas tree in that backyard then your Xmas will be set under huge tents in the yard
Interior fences should be a no-no, unless they are child proofing. What a strange layout.
