Way to go THL! That’s quite a bargain. Now I need to find a grocery that doubles coupons! The coupons that come in the Sunday ads are all garbage now. Very few food items and the ones that are tend to be microwave meals and other junk foods. Argh! I will have to start looking for coupons online at the company websites.
Snappy, Just keep an eye out for the sales and then go online to see if there’s a coupon out there that you can print.
I just got 4 bottles of Ruby Red Gratefruit Juice for just .49/ea. Was on sale for $2.49 I had a $1.00 off coupon and my grocery store does double coupons.
I’m not going to be disciplined and add things to other things. I eat breakfast here at the office, not at home and although we have a big commuinal refrigerator here its not likely something I’ll stick with. There’s milk supplied here weekly so I’ll pop over to the Amish Market and see what they have on the shelves with no sugar.
Dave I don’t know if you like yogurt but I always take plain yogurt and add in fruit and wheat germ and/or cereal (something crunchy like Kashi Go Lean).
It feels like a desert but it’s healthy and filling.
