  1. Since I’m a chocoholic I also snack on Guylian chocolates. There is NO SUGAR ADDED to those. They aren’t bad, especially the dark chocolate.

    I will still endulge in baked goods and ice cream so I have to cut where I can..soda, snacks and breakfast.

  2. DIBS, I know this may sound ‘odd’, but I used to eat dry Kashi or ‘Cheerios-type’ cereal and a banana. I would pack a plastic container and nibble it at my desk while I read my morning email. Sometimes with yogurt – also brought from home. Cereal also makes a good afternoon snack. [Ok, that makes me sound like a real geek or a 4 year old! LOL!]

    Go for it mopar, I’m interested to hear what Snappy says! : )

  3. Cream of wheat with a spoon full of honey, crushed bacon bits, hot sliced bananas, cinnamon and brown sugar simply rocks! It’s my way of taking an otherwise healthy breakfast and making it killer 🙂
