I have the same Bfast 5 days a week
1 slice of WW bread – 3 grams of fiber, 110 calories
with 1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter(organic) – 90 calories
and 1 tablespoon of Bonne Maman Raspberry Jam – 75 calories
275 – total plus cup of coffe at 110 calories
not too bad
then have a midday snack of apple or strawberries or red grapes
this works for me – I eat at 8am at work and get lunch around 12:30-1pm

Cottage cheese is surprisingly low in calcium vs. yogurt. Try getting the calcium enriched ones.
