    Cream of wheat with butter and salt.
    Oatmeal with brown sugar.

    I’m one of the few weirdos who loves lumpy oatmeal and cream of wheat. How does one make cream of wheat extra lumpy?

  2. I have the same Bfast 5 days a week
    1 slice of WW bread – 3 grams of fiber, 110 calories
    with 1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter(organic) – 90 calories
    and 1 tablespoon of Bonne Maman Raspberry Jam – 75 calories
    275 – total plus cup of coffe at 110 calories
    not too bad
    then have a midday snack of apple or strawberries or red grapes

    this works for me – I eat at 8am at work and get lunch around 12:30-1pm
