    I also like my matzo balls very firm and chewy; not light and fluffy.

    I guess the correct spelling would be “sodom.” Even though I meant “sodium.”

  3. Biff, I make my cream of wheat lumpy by adding less water than you are supposed to and cooking it until it starts to bubble and boil. It causes huge lumps. Yummy! I do the same with my oatmeal.
