DIBS, I’ve spent some time in Merida, and I look at that site all the time.
I like the super cheap, falling down stuff in Merida. I’d get my friends Josh and John to renovate. Or just buy something already done by them. You’ll like:
unfortunately no matter how clean you are cats will stink up your house or apartment. i mean duh you dont smell it but it’s there. it’s like smokers who smoke in their apartment.. i dont think my apt smells like cigarettes but to non smokers it most certainly does. i dont know about dogs, they arent as smelly i guess. my dog tho smells like a mix of corn chips and coriander for some reason. even tho cats do smell i think id prefer that tho than diaper smell. there is nothing grosser than the combo smell of diaper / baby shit / and baby powder.
