So Pia/ET, no I am not a dog owner. I used to have two cats. They were wonderful. However, I am now happy to have a pretty clean house, minus cat litter, cat hair and cat damage. Also cat end of life issues and senior citizen hood was a bit much.

I am watching House Hunters on HGTV. The buyer has a wish list of amenities she can’t afford, so instead to by what she can afford. She gets re-qualified for a 80/20 mortgage. Interest only on the 80%, plus PMI.

Pia, do you have a cheat sheet to the side of your computer laying out what password is for what ID? if not, your memory is pretty impressive
