Hey everyone,

here’s my 2 cents;

1. The President Obama agenda was clearly repudiated yesterday with huge wins in the house and significant gains in the Senate.

2. The GOP isn’t called the “big tent” without reason,
they have a wide spectrum of positions and Tea Party ideas for less government and less taxation will continue to evolve and learn from their experiences yesterday.
Please stop thinking of your fellow Americans as “extremists” and you will start on the road to a better country.

3. Side point: just because a woman stands against abortion on demand does not make her an “extremist”. Bxgrl,I’m talking to you. Her view may be extreme from your perspective but it is not for a large percentage of women.

4. New York and California have set themselves up against the national trends. Not so surprising, but could prove costly if they lose the Presidential election in 2012. Remember the 1970’s? “Ford to City ; Drop Dead”

5. California in particular is on course to ask for a federal bailout. They just elected more of the same without a good plan to pay for their budget deficit in the billions. I am really curious to see how Jerry Brown cleans up the California mess.

6. Ironically, the Republicans may be in a better position, not winning the Senate outright.
The president can’t use the “Republican obstruction” angle.
Dems still have 2/3’s of Washington.

7. Bottom line, Mr. President; moderate your positions or
face defeat in 2012.
