I love brussel sprouts. My favorite way to prepare them is to steam them until they are about 2/3 cooked, then cut them in half, then sear them in a pan with some olive oil. The outside gets nice and crispy. Then sprinkly some pepper and lemon juice and…. yum!
high school friend who lives in Iowa is visiting…she went to Harpur/suny bing 71′-75′ – philosophy major.
Asked who her prof. were – that is the one she mentioned right off…raved about him. Asked if there are any videos of his lectures. (she says still has great notes from one of her classes).
