Anyone getting the smoke and acrid smell in their nabes from the Jersey City trash fire? Ugh. Nabe smell just this acrid for the first 3 days after 9-11.
“They stare straight at you, with this expression on their face that says “Buddy, one of us is going to blink first, and it ain’t gonna be me”. It’s hysterical.”
What is all this aggression about? Why can’t folks be be peace-loving like me??
Greetings from Fishkill, NY. I took my wife, daughter, mother-in-law and my daughter’s roommate (my cousin’s daughter) on a quick trip up here, before I leave for Israel tomorrow. We went to the “wool and sheep” festival at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds.
Has anybody ever interacted with a llama close-up?? I did so today, and it’s quite funny. They engage in a “stare-down” with you. They stare straight at you, with this expression on their face that says “Buddy, one of us is going to blink first, and it ain’t gonna be me”. It’s hysterical.
I went to Beacon, NY for the first time. I was disappointed.
I’m in the lobby of my hotel, waiting for my mother-in-law to change. OK, it’s probably safe now. Later, folks.
::watching the loser parade::
::tossing glitter at the floats::

Heading to the Long Island aviation museum with the little jackals now. Going to watch “Legends of Flight” IMAX.
