denton is right.. a lot of transsexaul porn stars have had their surgeries paid for by taxpayers :-/ there’s are porn advocacy / rights groups out there that get this done.
Perdida, I know they are bone guys —-Was my impression from people I know that have needed…the the surgeon specializes in one PART of the skeleton…there are the knee guys, then there are the spine guys, and then there are the wrist guys.

Why would it ever be considered un-american to ask a person to identify themselves if stopped for a legal infraction?
taking your statement to its logical conclusion, it would be un-American for them to put me through a body scanner at the airport.

I have to agree with benson on that. Forgetting that there are historically disadvantaged groups in society, at some point we have to believe we are a meritocracy. IOW, the cream floats to the top. Everyone should get a shot but some people will end up engineers and some will end up porters.
