Benson, your attitude and animosity towards me really sucks, and I’m really tired of it. But it’s your problem, not mine, I’m going to go out and enjoy my day.
I notice you always make your pronouncements, and then announce your departure from the fray, so as to have the last work, so I can do it too.
yes, I just have the free Malware not even the paid one.
Was difficult with this virus to get it to run….took lot of playing around and effort to get computer to start-up in safe mode before SecurityVirus would execute.
You mean that you don’t want to pass on to her the bad stuff you heard re the building?
If it is that bad, the most important thing is to get out of the deal. I know that you have a long & good relationship with your broker but the explanation is of lower priority.
Just sent you a text..
“I have an accepted offer, but I have NOT signed a contract, so I know I’m not legally bound to anything. I’ve been told NOT to buy. How do I get out of this? What do I tell my broker?”
Tell your broker you changed your mind. And then I’ll live vicariously through you and consider this sweet revenge for the shithead seller and broker who backed out of a would-be home purchase I tried to make after the offer was accepted. Brokers and sellers screwed buyers throughout the housing bubble by continuing to have open houses and accept higher offers after initial accepted offers. If that’s how they want to play in good times, they should suffer the consequences when it becomes a buyers’ market. Fuck ’em, CGar.

Tell them there’s not enough closet space.

Up until now, I’ve completely ignored the Tea Party movement. And thus far it seems to really be working for me.
The OT needs a vertical split screen.
One side for serious discussions and one for ME.

You’re gonna hold out for a place with a dungeon.
