Proposed Willoughby-Hart Historic District to Get Public Hearing at LPCI think the most recently designated districts with more than 100 buildings would be the Sunset Park South and Sunset Park Central historic districts. The former has over 280 and the latter has about 140 buildings. They were two of the four Sunset Park districts designated in 2019.
