Someone who wants to maintain roofs?

thank you in no small part to this website, the roof inspection side of my home consulting business has really taken off. i am able to guide diy’ers on how to maintain and repair small issues on roofs themselves that would be better not left to people who otherwise really do not give a toss about someone else’s property. But i have a problem. I am doing a lot of inspections for upper level professionals and i need to find a really good roofer who wants to focus more on maintenance and less on new roofs (these flat roofs are made to be maintained). Can anyone recommend someone who does roof maintenance and LIKES doing it? I need someone who stakes their career on this if i am to give them to my clientele.

Would be helpful to know. I myself took Steve’s coaching, but with a new baby and a busy job have found it hard to find a time to complete all the maintenance. I have completed the bulk of it, but still need to seal all the parapet cap tiles…. maybe I’ll get some buddies involved and buy them dinner and drinks.

Rohan prides himself on being a good diagnostician. He has never replaced a roof for me. I told him early that I can’t work with roofers who only say the solution is to replace the roof. He is a go to guy for me for water leaks at exterior of window frames, one off repair of penetrations at facades, and of course flashing and doing spot or partial roofing applications. Only problem is I didn’t find him sooner. He’s worth a call to discuss

jeremy. i know you manage a lot of properties. does this individual approach these projects as though the goal is to maintain and save? if you gave had him look at say 10 roofs, would he say that 8 of these should be maintained and 2 have to be replaced? and he LIKES what he does? he is not going through this like it is a struggle and he’d rather be doing something else?
