Rental of the Day: 561 Henry Street
We like the looks of this two-bedroom brownstone rental at 561 Henry Street in Carroll Gardens. Everything appears to be in fine shape, the listing brags over 1,300 square feet of space, there’s a dishwasher, and heat and hot water is included in the rent. (Which is $3,000 a month, by the way.) There’s also a den and separate dining area. The rent isn’t unthinkable for that area of Carroll Gardens, which is only a few blocks to the Carroll Street subway. Think it’ll go get snapped up?

What does that have to do with price of milk?
That doesn’t make the registries way of tracking bedbugs any more accurate.
George Weber ranted about it on his show several times.
The bedbug registry is a total joke. Anyone can report any address they feel like for bedbugs.
I think that’s George Weber’s address; if so, there was a massive bedbug infestation (and a gruesome murder on the parlor floor.)
So this house must be 70′ x 20′? HIGHLY UNLIKELY AWAYE!!!!!!!
I don’t think that kind of rent for a brownstone apartment in Carroll Gardens is such a good deal. In fact, I think it is a poor deal.
Those are three long-ish blocks to the F, so that’s probably about 8 or 10 minutes walking. In my book that’s not close to the subway. But Henry Street can be lovely around there.
