This time, the listing’s claim that this is a “once in a lifetime offering” isn’t B.S.

Bowl of dicks – I bet there is a much better selection in there for you than for me, but yes…let’s make it happen! I might just sit outside on those front stairs and smoke and try to look hot to test the waters. If it could work for Jeanine Garafalo in Romy and Michelle’s High School Reunion, it could work for me!
On a side note, while the taxes are incredibly high, the maintenance is LESS than for the co-op of the day yesterday.
Actually pop I love those Eames chairs and I like that sofa in a modern loft….just not here.
