As is, though, the entire floor of the historic club is pretty darn impressive, with its 45-foot-long ballroom and original leaded glass windows, mahogany wainscotting and inlaid mosaic tiles. Crazy. This time, the listing’s claim that this is a “once in a lifetime offering” isn’t B.S.

People who say “who needs outdoor space, you’ve got the park” simply have never had outdoor space and don’t know what they are talking about.
