This time, the listing’s claim that this is a “once in a lifetime offering” isn’t B.S.

Very cool, but not sure about that once in a lifetime thing since I saw this place when it was last for sale. Maybe 8-10 years ago. I could be wrong, but think it was this unit.
It has a terrace. I think that qualifies as outdoor space. Oddly, the CCs seem low for the amount of space.
