This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Fort Greene and Bed Stuy. How did they fare?

The best feature of this two-bedroom co-op may be its seven large windows, which wrap around two sides. It’s located on the top floor of a circa 1909 flats building in the Park Slope Historic District Extension at 427 15th Street. Little trace of the original architecture of the four-story walkup building remains, but the unit was evidently a modest and flexible one-plus bedroom, with an additional room at one end likely set off by French doors. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in April.

In the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, this Italianate brownstone offers up some original details, including wood floors, stair and intricate plasterwork. Although not recently updated, it’s a grand and stylish space that appears, in photos at least, to need only minor work such as new paint. This former House of the Day entered contract in February.

Just around the corner from Fort Greene Park, this Italianate brownstone has an appealing location and an interior that has some original details remaining after its conversion to a three-family dwelling in the 1990s. The house is set up with an owner’s duplex and two floor-through apartments above. The owner’s unit has living, kitchen and dining on the parlor floor; two bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry are on the garden level. This former House of the Day sold in February for $3.51 million, which was $260,000 over the asking price.

A large price tag matches the generous size of this three-bedroom apartment, but it does come with a location in the historic Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower and the views that provides. One of just two apartments on the 28th floor of the Art Deco landmark, whose residential section is known as One Hanson Place, the condo offers city and water views from three sides of the building. The open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen space has wood floors, a beamed ceiling and nine windows wrapping around two exposures. This former Condo of the Day sold in February for $3.2 million, which was $300,000 under the asking price.
