This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Midwood, Park Slope, East Williamsburg and Williamsburg. How did they fare?

In Midwood, an early 20th century house has a porch, garage and plenty of space indoors and out. The fully detached single-family may need some updating — going by the shag carpet in the listing’s limited photos — but retains numerous original features. These include a brick fireplace, stained glass, wainscoting and crown molding in the dining room and “pristine” inlaid parquet. This former Open House Pick is still available for $1.75 million, a price cut of $100,000.

Located on the third floor of 953 President Street in the Park Slope Historic District near Grand Army Plaza, this sprawling three-bedroom French flat has been reconfigured for modern living but retains its grand sweep and original details. Unpainted woodwork and parquet floors with elaborate inlaid borders extend through the unit. The entry has stained glass flanking the door, a built-in seat that flips up for storage, a mirror and coat hooks. This former Co-op of the Day sold in February for $2.225 million, which was $270,000 over the asking price.

After shooting portions of “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” in a 19th century house on this East Williamsburg block, director Michel Gondry bought his own spot on Orient Avenue in 2008 and his wood frame offers up some of the colorful and eclectic details one might expect. At 15 Orient Avenue, the house has served as part home, part art gallery and includes a sound-proof music studio and some original details. This former House of the Day sold this month for $2.4 million according to the broker, which was $105,000 over the asking price.

This Williamsburg three-family still shows evidence of its mid 19th century roots with wide planked floor boards, a period newel post and bits of plaster detailing amidst more modern interior renovations. An owner’s duplex occupies the garden and parlor levels. Above are two floor-through apartments, each with one bedroom. This former House of the Day sold in January for $3.54 million, which was $40,000 over the asking price.
