This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Bay Ridge and Park Slope. How did they fare?

A location on the first floor may be a positive for some buyers and a negative for others, but either way this one-bedroom in a 1930s Prospect Lefferts Gardens elevator building offers up a generously sized layout. That includes four closets, a spacious foyer, an eat-in kitchen and a bedroom with two exposures. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $535,000, which was $46,000 over the asking price.

In Bay Ridge, an early 20th century brick row house has mantels, wall moldings, the original stair and wood floors. The single-family’s spacious first floor includes a living room, dining room, recently updated kitchen and mudroom. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $915,000, which was $10,000 under the asking price.

There are some fine original details in this Prospect Lefferts Gardens single-family, including fretwork, mantels and moldings, but there is also room for updates. Located within the historic district, 138 Midwood Street is set on a picturesque block of row houses just a few blocks from Prospect Park. On the interior, the house still has the traditional layout of kitchen and dining on the garden level, parlors above and one floor of bedroom space. This former House of the Day entered contract in March.

Pitched as one of a stretch of “unusual houses” by the developer in 1910, this Park Slope brick row house was designed to give buyers the feel of a private one-family with the bonus of a rental unit to pay the bills. Located a short stroll from Prospect Park, 384 9th Street still retains its two-family arrangement along with some of the features promised in that 1910 ad, including parquet floors and large living and dining rooms. This former House of the Day sold in March for $3.125 million, which was $813,400 under the asking price.
