A large price tag matches the generous size of this three-bedroom apartment, but it does come with a location in the historic Williamsburg Savings Bank Tower and the views that provides.

One of just two apartments on the 28th floor of the Art Deco landmark, whose residential section is known as One Hanson Place, the condo offers city and water views from three sides of the building. The open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen space has wood floors, a beamed ceiling and nine windows wrapping around two exposures.

A large island sets off the kitchen, which has sleek white cabinets, a green tile backsplash and a pantry. A closet holds the stackable washer/dryer.

The listing suggest an alternate layout that shrinks the living and dining areas to create a fourth bedroom, but it would mean sacrificing some of that sweeping view from the kitchen. As is, there are three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The largest bedroom has two exposures, a walk-in closet with custom built-ins and en suite bath.

Construction is plentiful in the area, including across the street with the controversial 80 Flatbush under way and next door with another controversial project at 130 St. Felix Street. The former will include an 840-foot tower and the latter 23 stories, so presumably some of the views from the residences within One Hanson Place will be changing.

The building amenities include multiple outdoor spaces, a gym and a playroom. Monthly fees for this unit are not exactly modest, with common charges of $3,843 and taxes of $1,459.
