The 2,550-square-foot brick house at 20 Grace Court Alley closed on Friday for $2,995,000, about 9 percent less than the original asking price but about 9 percent more than the average widget appraisal of $2,758,887. It doesn’t get much more charming than this.

  1. stop being such a drama queen 11217, you swoop into many threads and pick on people, so i like to call you out on it, much like other people do as well! then you plead the 5th!!

like i said, i will not be attending tomorrow anyway, so you should definitely go because lots of people really do want to meet you!!

    *rob*

  2. 11217, I’m not a big rob fan but there’s enuf room at these gatherings so that everyone sorta just hangs out with the people that they like while ignoring the people that they don’t. Having said that there’s no one so nasty or threatening that it is ever an issue, especially rob. C’mon girl, I’ll take care of you 🙂

  3. “Rob is gracious company and fun, lightening the mood and making people feel included, in my observations…believe it.”

Infinite, I appreciate that, but he also doesn’t pick apart everything you say, spreading lies about you and everything you say and generally making this blog more and more difficult for me to be a part of.

The hot dog at Bark is $4.25.

    Not $10.00

  4. 11217, did you see they’re having a tasting at bark tomorrow night, choucroute garni and six point. I would imagine nothing but adults at $40(been there on a weekend and it’s packed with kids). If I didn’t have tickets for WSS I be there. Head there first and then go to lost exit, I’ll be getting there about 10:30.
