What's eating my plants?

Hi All – Curious if anyone has any thoughts as to what is eating the leaves of most of my plants. They eat in a very distinct circular pattern – any thoughts on what is doing this and how to address? I’ve attached a pic of the damage – I will say that whomever is doing this is very well fed. Thanks!
