Roofing issue with Water Damage

Hello Brownstoner Community, Does anyone know of a water damage/leak CSI? We have been having a water damage issue for years and have tried many different ideas and people to have it fixed to no avail. We are concerned about the amount of damage that has been done to our ceiling as well as what could be lurking in the insulation, etc. We are sick of having to keep going back to this issue and would love to have a true professional come out and find the problem, fix the roof/stucco, open the ceiling, check the damage, repair and paint. In other words, do it right and do it right the first time and stand by that work. Any ideas?

We are Water Leak Detection expert and we considered that Water demage is really a serious issue for everyone but i want to know that, which part of your home (like roof, sink or piplines) is leaking, so that i can suggest you the best expert. 4th Vote for Mike!! And he actually came to Court as a witness when we had to sue our neighbor for the damadge their cheap roofer did to our roof.  Beware of Martin’s roofing, that’s who had damaged our roof.  They were doing the neighbors roof and did a poor job overlaping etc, and damaged our roof.  Mike did a great diagnosis, fixed the issue and even came to court as a witness.

Second for Mike at Roofmaster. Excellent guy, which is probably why he’s so busy. He diagnosed an issue that had been haunting us for years, then offered two options in how to address it–the “really cheap, but it just might work” and the “expensive overhaul that will definitely work”. We opted for the cheap route first, and it worked! He seemed genuinely pleased to have saved us the money. Yep, that’s why he’s so busy.

Mike at Roofmaster NYC is good. 718-205-2226\. We used him for some roof work/leaks and it solved our issue. He is friendly and knowledgable. Very busy guy. So it might be a challenge nailing him down.
