Problem with Boiler Ignition

hello! we have had an issue with our boiler for about a week (I first noticed it when waking up in the morning and the heat never came on – it was 60 degrees in the house although thermostat was set to 65). Our plumber inspected it and determined the ignition was the issue (the boiler wasn’t turning on on its own but would if turned on manually). He thought it may just need to be cleaned. He recommended Mike Bruno from Aladdin to work on it but we are having a tough time getting on his schedule. Would anyone have any other suggestions for someone to call? Our hot water runs through the boiler and it is tough not having heat and hot water! thanks!
