This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Boerum Hill, Crown Heights, and Prospect Lefferts Gardens. How did they fare?

First up, this renovated Park Slope brownstone has a roof deck and landscaped rear yard. This former Open House Pick sold in April for the asking price of $5.6 million.

A grand double parlor, details such as shutters and tin ceilings, and mechanical updates distinguish this Boerum Hill single-family brick house with four floors of living space. This former House of the Day sold in January for $4.965 million, which was $30,000 under the asking price.

In Crown Heights, this 1890s row house is a two-family with a triplex and a garden rental. There are still some details, including moldings, pocket doors, mantels, and fretwork. This former Open House Pick is still available.

Finally, there is plenty of woodwork to drool over in this early 20th century Prospect Lefferts Gardens row house. Fretwork, wainscoting, moldings, a pier mirror, window seats, and more are all on display. This former House of the Day sold in January for $2.115 million, which was $135,000 under the asking price.
