Need suggestions for roofer to give advice/estimate on bay window roofing

If I am seeing this correctly, it looks as though the gutters are connected to the untreated wood. It seems as though water is getting between the gutter and the wood. It is coming through the wood because there appears to be no membrane, flashing or drip edge. I think you will need to remove the gutters, lift up the bottom of bottom row of shingles and add possibly an adhesive backed bituthene in addition to flashing that extends down over the edge to allow water to drip off without tracking back to the wood. Also even if it is pressure treated, and some pressure treating is more effective than others, you still want to apply a coat or two of primer and exterior grade paint. Its an extra barrier that keeps water at the surface and not inside the wood.

I own the parlor floor (with deck out the back) condo in a four-unit brownstone.  I have a bay window in the backroom for which I need some re-roofing advice.  From what I can see, during the conversion, pressure-treated wood was placed above the existing roof, THAT has shingles put on top & a gutter was affixed to the outside of the wood.  Recently my upstairs neighbor put in an AC unit which I began to notice was dripping down THROUGH the plywood (you can see the condensation & discoloration in the picture).  I then noticed that this was happening during any kind of rain.  I want to nip this in the bud before any leaking takes place inside — Any suggestions & references for people to contact to come take a look for an estimate would be great — thanks!
