We have a two-family brownstone and will be renting one unit. We travel a lot, so we’re looking for a property manager for a single unit, which seems to be a bit abnormal. Who specializes in this sort of thing? Has anyone used Adams and Wilson? Would you use them again? If not, do you have any other property management company recommendations?
