Hi All, Any recommendations for a property manger (super) for a small 6 unit Coop Brownstone in Fort Greene? We are in need of someone who can be, essentially, a 24/7 on call manager to help with everything from emergency boiler issues, to sanitation, to helping to oversee on-site contractor projects. No financials. Really just the day to day maintenence of the building, and communication of that to our COOP. Best, Jaime
