I am currently insuring my 1879 townhouse through Chubb. It is extremely expensive, over 8,000/ year. Add to that flood insurance from another insurer (not coverd under Chubb policy), another 600/ year. Can anyone recommend another insurance company (direct, not broker like Brownstone)?
