Eggs and bacon are back on the menu for the South Slope following the recent opening of the Little Purity Diner. The delectably named eatery—an offshoot of the New Purity Diner on 7th Avenue and 7th Street—has set up shop on 12th Street and 7th Avenue, in the space that used to house Katina’s Diner. 1. Per 3:56PM’s “gay-friendly” comment: is anywhere in Park Slope–or any trendy/gentrified/yuppie/hipster Brooklyn hoods–NOT gay-friendly? Not being facetious at all, just genuinely curious…

  2. doesn’t even have to be gay…per se…just a nice casual gay-friendly hang out type lounge.

exposed brick, tin ceiling, some nice couches, sufjan stevens-esque music and a cute bartender or two.

    too much to ask?
