lech – When I did shows for Stihl chain saws, their lawyer was one of the entertainment portions – he’d tell wild litigation stories to try to get dealers to be safety-conscious. My fave was a guy whose kid was hit by a car on the turnpike when the father was changing a tire. He sued the tire company for not having a warning about letting your kid play in traffic. True story!!

DH- I had very high hopes for Spitzer- he could have been a great governor, maybe. He threw all that out the window. Gingrich was having an affair while he was leading the wolf pack against Clinton over Monica Lewinsky.

is clinton pretty much the only politian who got a free pass for his “discretions”? i never followed the story back then but wasn’t he kinda made into some kind of hero for getting his cock sucked by an intern in the white house?
