yea cgar – and it wasn’t even up that high. you can hear apt noise in the common hallway – but never in the actual apartments. i guess there’s a chance the bass could be heard in the unit below me, but still – it was 4pm!
but at 4pm you might have been interupting quiet mommy time. yeah and i too would have thought that building is soundproof as well. maybe they smelled something funny and just used noise as an excuse

DH, that’s ridiculous. At 4pm??? 4am maybe. Sheesh. And I can’t believe anyone can even hear you through the thick walls and floors. IMHO, people who need that kind of quiet should not be living in the City.
