I am have been tooling around Missouri and Kansas – tomorrow Omaha. I am in a hotel room in KC now – it is the colors of earth and fields and I am calling it Homer.
It is very very beautiful here, I forgot how gorgeous fall is here. I have some observations on the business of jobs, affluence, job growth and moving to other parts of the country. Benson, you are right, Texas is rocking. And Johnson county Kansas is one of the richest in the country. I can’t believe how dripping with money Overland Park and the rest of Johnson county is. I crossed the street and a Masseurati (how do you spell that?) was stopped at the light. Unlike the Jag in midtown, he politely stopped.
But for me New York is home. Brooklyn is home. I won’t move again….
