outsource the thing to HP. they have the whole package as a monthly svc. servers + capacity mgt + monitoring + disaster recovery + backup….. hassle free arrange and a single point of contact (ie you know who to chew out when your site is not working properly for whatever reason)
Really, really terrible server/IT support here. Very third rate.
