seems all SEC regulations put in place are in response to some scandal. to prevent shit like this from happening again the SEC needs to be a few steps ahead of everyone. then again, they would need to be the best and brightest to get this done – and from what I hear about the SEC they are only the best at looking at porn during the workday.
