    I didn’t say that 99 weeks was too much. But I do think there has to be some limit.
    As for paying for 25-30 yrs etc, I think that’s a good argument – the more people paid in the more they should get out. That would imply that younger workers should get lower benefits but may make sense, especially as most of the long term unemployment seems concentrated among people in their 40’s and above.
