What I found most strange about NYC apartments is how “unclean” they are. When I moved into places in Cali they were near spotless. Here? Hope. I had to either hire some cleaners or scrub the place like mad before I moved in. Do people not care about their security deposits?
Uh, it’s not hard to put wiring behind drywall. Concrete, I concede I wouldn’t try that. But they sell those strips that run down the wall to conceal the wires. You paint that strip the same color as the wall and voila, you see nothing.

“But it’s not costly to mount a tv!”
I heard it’s around 500-1,000 baht in Bangkok.
And that’s for the whole night.
Biff, you’re a cheap SOB…that’s only $16-32. They won’t be paying any attention to you at the bar the next night you go back.
