Ringo, if that second bedroom can’t be used as a second bedroom (for guests and home office), then this place won’t work for me. I’d just buy one of the endless number of available 1 bedrooms for less money — there’s a fantastic 1 bedroom on Joralemon & Henry right now with a private deck the size of the entire apartment.
