  1. “JB, would you be willing to be someone’s 2nd or 3rd wife?”

I wouldn’t rule it out. Seems fidelity is often the biggest stresser in a relationship, having it out in the open could take a lot of pressure off. Dude would have to be rich, and other wives would have to be cool. I was friends with a bunch of co-wives in Ghana.

  2. No rob, I don’t think McCain was better, that’s neither here nor there. My point is that because you did not vote, you abdicated your right to complain about the winner’s policies. The others on this site who don’t like Obama’s policies either didn’t vote for him, or are sorry they did. The point is, they participated in the electoral process, they did their jobs as citizens, and a president, like him or not, was elected by the people. You did nothing. Moreover, you did nothing on a macro and micro level. You did nothing to get your city council person elected or defeated, nothing to get fair judges, state senators and assemblypeople, or Congresspeople and senators. You did not vote on bond issues or propositions that directly and immediately affect anything from zoning to gay rights. You don’t want to vote? Fine, I could really care less. But don’t come on here day after day complaining about how poor people are taking your tax dollars, or getting something THEY don’t deserve. You didn’t do anything much yourself.

  3. Wait, Denton… PRE-MODERN? You mean the Europeans were trying to destroy the very fabric of humanity for hundreds (maybe thousands) of years?! It’s a slow process, but it sure is effective!
