“btw, what is the drawer under the oven used for? Is that the ‘broiler’?”
Wow. It’s so curious that you’ve never used your broiler!! You really don’t cook, do you!
Depends on your oven. In some ovens, the broiler is actually in the roof/top of the main oven space. In some, it is in that drawer thing. If it’s in the main space, then that drawer is what’s sometimes called a warming oven or…more commonly…just used as a storage drawer for big pans.
I saw someone with a Hello Kitty tattoo. Very impressive.
dibs – Benign act of generosity.
Sending links about hello Kitty to a thirty-something sounds awfully ridiculous now that I’ve done it!!!! 🙁
If there’s a heat element at the top, it’s a broiler. If not, it’s storage.
rob, rob, rob….I’ve been meaning to ask you if you’ve ever seen the GIGANTIC Hello Kitty outside of Lever House on Park Ave (bet 53 & 54)….

“But I think a spray painted, hello kitty-ed bike will disappear even faster!”
Especially if Rob gets anywhere near it.
