so did everyone read about the NYC incentives program where people get paid to do the most mundane things like brushing their teeth and not pooping on the floor!? turns out the program was a total fail!
today plumber came in to fix leak in tenants apartment….thought he’d have to remove and replace under sink hoses. He just tightened a “nut”. Cost me 150 dollars. ARGHHH….

Does anyone know of a 10 speed for sale, non-rusty and functional? Doesn’t matter what it looks like. I will spray paint it pink and affix Hello Kitty stickers (steal THAT! Motherf***ers)
Kens, it does go on and off, normal. Use a cheap metal oven thermometer to make sure the inside temp is the same as on the controls. gas ovens are a bigger problem than electric with the temp setting.

Hey guys, I have a oven/cooking question too. So when I bake, my oven fire turns on and off during the process. That’s normal correct? Things come out fine and I am guessing there is a temperature sensor inside and that’s why it does it. Did I assume correctly or should the fire be staying on the whole time?
