I think most buildings with balconies don’t allow any form of barbecuing on the balconies. In some, they turn a blind eye, others they do not.

Ha! How true, Arkady. Plus, that already tells you something about the desirability of that development….I can’t stand a building that offers “private” outdoor space that isn’t really private…ie 9 balconies in a row where you can literally reach out and touch your neighbor.
