like that whiney preggo lady who is suing goldman sachs?
NEWSFLASH! not EVERYONE can be a SUPER MOM and a high powered SUPER CAREER! in fact, it’s not possible for 99.9 % of the population. (by super career i mean one of those crazy people jobs that pay millions of dollars but you gotta work 80 hours a week). of course you can have both of two worlds and be happy, but certain jobs, sorry, your mommy status is a detriment to you, your kids, your husband, your clients, and your coworkers. mommyhood is NOT a protected class, despite what many men and stay at home dags might want you to think.
donatella,
It was just another childhood anecdote in response to your story about running wild with a pack of kids without adult supervision.
…adult supervision is over-rated.
Rob, come join me for the Hoedown Throwdown.
Here’s your idol Miley Cyrus to show you how it’s done:

“of course you can have both of two worlds and be happy”
Thing is, for people like me, perfectionist types, I don’t know if that’s true.
Oh, Rob, it’s the weekend coming up. Cheer up, man. Biff is looking for someone to go to the Hootenanny with him.
A hootenanny is a sing-song get-together (usually country or folk music but really anything.)
oh, no Legion, I checked out early… What, pray tell?

hi donatella,
did you read my “tomboy” post yesterday?
“Jessi- may I remind you that it was I who told Kens we should keep you on the heavenward bus with us?”
Thanks, Bx, that was sweet. I thought Jews don’t believe in heaven though?
