“Thing is, for people like me, perfectionist types, I don’t know if that’s true. ” — can’t be a perfectionist and be perfect…that is the contradiction….It is a neurosis that will be passed down to a child if not kept in check….
and if pass it down then obviously not perfect…What needs to be worked on is changing the perfectionist outlook…rest will fall into place more easily.

DIBS my cousin would be your undoing. He’s Spanish (oddly enough I am too) and looks like he has a fantastic tan, but no, that’s just him. His eyes are neither green nor blue, but somehow manages to be both, if that makes any sense at all. I think every family has one like him, the too good-looking relative that makes the rest of us feel drab by comparison. He’s been married for 12 years to the love of his life, and seems to be in it for the long run.
