  1. Rob, while singles don’t get certain benefits, we also get a lot in return: we don’t have to do what someone else wants to do, no errands to run on the weekends for stupid shit that only couples think they need, and your free time is really your own!

  3. Since I wasn’t around yesterday to comment, I will today.
    – mmmmmm, ironclad.
    – Sweat: I don’t mind sweat on a guy. I’m not talking about Body Odor. But sweat like after a guy works out or does physical labor. It’s kinda sexy in a rugged way. Very macho.
    – I realized that PLUSA men have some serious issues with bodily excretions/functions and aren’t afraid to share them.

  4. Landlords: Listen UP!

There is a coffee truck on the northwest (it took me forever btw to figure out what corner it was) on Broadway and Prince in Soho that charges very very very little for their coffee (and it’s good coffee). All the other coffee trucks, while cheaper than stores, gouge their customers. Who has the biggest line and who has the happiest nice people in line? The coffee truck that charges the least! Who has the grumpiest LAZY people who will only go to a coffee truck nearest their corner? Yes, the ones who overcharge!

Landlords, you can learn a lot from coffee street vendors.

I think Dave actually said once that he doesnt over charge his tenants and that he has happy tenants. A few other landlords here have said the same thing. Who has the complaining and whiney high maintenance tenants? Oh yeah, the landlords who overcharge.
